Thank you so much again for the lovely week we had with you. Thanks for all the hospitality and teaching, as well as the good humoured approach, not to mention the other guests. Please extend our thanks to Hanna for the food etc., as well as Olivier and Bev.

We hope your day went to plan yesterday and the departures departed, and the arrivals arrived. You work very hard and deserve success. I hope Maison des Arts goes from strength to strength and you realise your plan. This was our third holiday combining art for me and something else for Norman and we feel it was our best. The other holidays were fine but this was a little superior.

During Easter 2008 I and my 16 yrs old daughter spent a fantastic week at Maison des Arts. We are both beginners when it comes to painting, but we feel we learned so much!

The course was absolutely just perpect for us!! We wanted a week in the idyllic part of France together with an introduction to painting. That we got - and much more! There were other participants with experience - which helped us compare and see different ways of painting. Mitch is a great teacher, easy to understand, always making us feel great at the same time giving us concrete feedback and suggestions! I learnt at lot and I am starting to paint at home!

The teaching, the atmosphere, the house, the food, the trips - it couldn't been better, I think! After we returned home to Norway we have been showing and watching again the photoes that we took ourselves and others that were sent to us after the course. This along with the nice websites, make me feel I am still part of a course!

Mitch, our great teacher, and Oliver, Bev and Hanna in the kitchen - thank you for making the stay so perpect!

Dear Mitch!

This is a very quick little message from me, just to tell you again ,that I have enjoyed the stay in your house and your painting lessons very much. Thanks a lot for being honest with me ,in the way I was painting, the colurs I used and the perspective I was missing. I try to remember it all and are expecting to do some progress. Even I think I have done that ,I will certently come back.

Also thanks a lot for giving my friends a happy week and a lot of encouragemen, also the ladies that was not doing very much. They all had a great time , and wants to come back. You gave them inspiration to go on.

We have been looking so much foreward to this painting-course and it was more than we could have expected. Everybody is more than happy. You have taught ME a lot and I am very greatful.

I have told you before but I do it again---You are a big artist but certently also a wonderful teacher with knowledge of human nature, and that is very importent.
