Thank you again for your patient, expert tuition, and for taking me back to the start so I can see where I want to go artistically. You have shown me the basic ingredients of a good painting, and given me the skills to create artwork of which I can be proud.

Thank you for sending through the CD of the last week, which is a great reminder. I want to say just how much I enjoyed the two weeks and I feel that my painting has moved on a tremendous amount.

Being at the Maison des Arts was a delight as were you both - great teacher, great cook great hosts.

Hi Mitch

Just got back to New Zealand after a really long flight. Enjoyed the rest of our travels in France and Italy but the highlight of the trip for me was the week on your painting holiday. I hopefully won’t leave it too long before I manage to return. We covered so much and all I want to do now I’m home is to paint – unfortunately work tomorrow.
