Absolutely fantastic - again!!! This was my fifth painting course with Mitch, and it was at least as good as the other four.
It was different being held at an hotel instead of the school at La Colle or St Jeannet, but there were both pros and cons to that. For example it was good to be able to try different restaurants for dinner, with a choice of menu, but on the other hand we missed out on Hanna's cooking (apart from lunches and the Friday evening dinner).
The week was very intensive - although that is a matter of personal choice as Mitch is very encouraging and enthusiastic but no slave driver! - and I much appreciated the help, support, and guidance from Mitch.
Another reason that the week was so special was the four other people on the course (two of whom I already knew from previous visits). A big thank you to Elina, Hanne, Nina and Ruth!
Thanks Mitch!!!

Dear Mitch
Sorry to have taken so long to thank you for the CD and for the great and very memorable Painting Course May/June. Our thanks also to your wife, for all her lovely food.
It certainly was a unique week and both Errol and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I would also like to think that my painting (in all media) benefited from your expert and patient demos and tuition.
I am pleased to see that you are getting excellent publicity for your demos at the SAS Exhibition and look forward to seeing you there on Thursday July 22nd.
Meanwhile, very best wishes.
Pamela

Dear Mitch,
Thanks for DVD it came thro’ letterbox 3 minutes ago! Will have le Grande viewing tonight!
Arrived home late last night after safe journey home in Jeep. Both Barbara and I agree that this has been one of the best holidays we have ever taken, the party we were with gelled straight away and we both had an excellent time both socially and artistically. Meeting with Pamela and Errol after all those years was a wonderful surprise and coincidence.
Thank you for all your time (and patience) and we will try to spread the word. Hope to meet up again before too long. Now to unpack the easel.
With my kindest regards and thanks again,
Martin Brooks

Perspectives ! of Provence
Panoramic terrace greets us
Feast on that view by day or night
We gather there for our opening lesson
Mitch in command on dark v light.
Perched villages were our venues
Each one full of quaint delight
How to transfer such a vista
Mitch on hand to see you right.
People,portraits,streets and archways
Sun & shadow..Mitch leads every day
Opens eyes and hearts to many methods
Opens too his home in a generous way.
FAST & LOOSE was the mantra
How easy it looks from the tutor's hand
From dawn to sunset he toiled to inspire
Wonder Mitch ..do you ever, ever tire??
Bright memories splash onto my mind's palette
Left brain or right brain,I cannot say
May life and art be truly good to you
MERCI BEAUCOUP from us all & from Kay

Hi Mitch.
Thank you again for your patient, expert tuition, and for taking me back to the start so I can see where I want to go artistically. You have shown me the basic ingredients of a good painting, and given me the skills to create artwork of which I can be proud.
A great Art experience!
